By submitting into these categories or any of the Indy Art categories, you are implying that they are your own work. Official wallpapers are not your work and you are not to submit the as wallpapers. They may be submitted as scans, but the usable image (i.e. image of the character) must meet minimum 1,000,000 pixel resolution requirement. There is a size restriction on scans for a reason and that is to maintain quality, if it doesn't have a decent quality then don't submit it.

This is your first warning for resizing scans, be aware three warning will result in a ban.
